Ingredients
- 1 ea Roasted Chicken Skined, deboned, and cut into bite size pieces
- 1 26 oz. (family size can) Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 - 2 tsp. Black Pepper Adjust to personal preference
- 2 tubes Ritz Crackers Crushed
- 2 Tblsp Poppy Seeds
- 2 Sticks Butter
Servings: 13x9 Pan
Instructions
- Mix chicken cubes, sour cream, black pepper, and soup in a mixing bowl, set aside. In a separate bow, mix, mix crushed crackers, melted butter, and poppy seeds. In a casserole dish, put most of the cracker mixture at the bottom of the pan, saving the rest for topping. Add chicken mixture and top with the remaining cracker mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 mins. Serve over rice.
